Generations Healthcare Announces Grand Opening of Siena Terraces in Auburn, CA
The newly constructed adult residential facility broadens behavioral health and supportive care services in Placer County, serving the Sacramento region and all of California.
AUBURN, CA—November 5, 2025—Generations Healthcare is proud to announce the grand opening of Siena Terraces, a newly built, 78-bed adult residential facility (ARF) located at 11650 Education Street in Auburn, California. Adjacent to Generations Healthcare’s Siena Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, this modern facility has been designed to provide high-quality behavioral health and supportive care services to adults and seniors in a safe, therapeutic setting.
Siena Terraces was made possible through a $13 million grant from California’s Community Care Expansion program and represents a significant investment in the region’s mental and physical health infrastructure. The facility will serve seniors, adults with disabilities and those at risk of homelessness, offering a wide range of supportive programs that promote independence, healing and community reintegration.
“This facility reflects our mission to create environments where individuals can recover, grow and thrive,” said Thomas Jurbula, Director of Business Development, Behavioral Health at Generations Healthcare. “Siena Terraces will play a vital role in helping meet the community’s need for compassionate behavioral health services while maintaining the high standards of care that Generations is known for. We’re proud to support the state by adding this continuum of care.”
The facility will be led by Administrator Toni Jones, who expressed excitement about introducing Siena Terraces to the Auburn community. “We are honored to open the doors of Siena Terraces and welcome residents to a space designed for kind and respectful care,” Jones said. “Our dedicated team is prepared to support every individual’s journey while building strong partnerships within the community.”
The grand opening celebration will take place on Wednesday, November 5, from 3 to 6 p.m. at Siena Terraces. The event will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, guided tours of the new facility and refreshments. Members of the press, healthcare professionals and the local community are invited to attend.
The opening of Siena Terraces underscores Generations Healthcare’s longstanding commitment to investing in the communities it serves and ensuring access to high-quality behavioral health and rehabilitation care across California.
