Skilled Nursing
Skilled nursing care refers to services delivered by a licensed nurse (registered nurse or licensed vocational nurse) 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
It is the goal of our highly skilled staff to maximize your recovery potential and get you back to your lifestyle as quickly as possible. We offer intensive stroke and orthopedic rehabilitation and 24-hour nursing services. We have achieved impressive outcomes as a result of our state-of-the-art programs, equipment, and service.
Therapies
We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Our therapy team will determine which discipline is right for you.
Physical therapy uses our state-of-the-art gym for increasing strength and balance to maximize mobility, transfers, and ambulation skills.
Occupational therapy focuses on daily living skills such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and other skills for home and community.
Speech therapy focuses on dysphagia (difficulty with swallowing) and language skills.
Patient Experience
I am thankful for this fabulous nursing home that has taken great care of my grandma. She survived COVID, and the dedicated staff in the Activities Department have stayed dedicated to making sure her loved ones stay connected to her during this difficult, lonely COVID season. Gabbie, Monica, and Julian have been extremely kind and dedicated to making sure our family has had regular opportunities to FaceTime with my grandma. I am so grateful for these earth angels that do their work with such kindness and care.
